1.In order to make a return, send the items by courier service or Russian Post. Please follow the following steps:

The money will be returned to you within 10 calendar days from the moment of the return, by the same payment method, which was used to pay for the goods. After shipment, please provide a tracking number for tracking the parcel, convenient for you by phone, whats app, or email.

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse and is registered, we will proceed to send you the money. This usually takes no more than 10 calendar days.
